NPM Capital Acquires Stake in Agro Care

Dutch private equity investor NPM Capital has agreed to acquire a stake in Agro Care, a Maasdijk-based greenhouse tomato grower, through a growth capital investment. The funding will support Agro Care’s investments in technologically advanced greenhouses and future acquisitions across the Netherlands, France, Morocco and Tunisia; financial terms were not disclosed.

Dutch investment firm NPM Capital has acquired majority stakes in Greenspread (Woudenberg) and Solaris Industria (Utrecht), two developers and operators of solar PV and sustainable energy projects. The businesses will be integrated with NPM's existing rooftop platform Rooftop Energy to accelerate scale-up of large solar installations in the Netherlands; investor Ivo Priem (via Livermore TC) will sell his stake in Greenspread.

NPM Capital Takes Minority Stake in NTS Group

NPM Capital is acquiring a minority stake in NTS Group to support the Eindhoven-based supplier of complex (opto)mechatronic systems in accelerating its international growth and expanding production capacity across Europe, Asia and North America. The deal, which will help NTS scale for semiconductor and analytical OEM customers, is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first half of 2025.

Agile Growth Equity has completed the acquisition of Kobus (Kobus Services Limited and Kobus, Inc.), a trenchless technology provider headquartered in Houston, Texas with operations in Tamworth, England. The private equity firm will partner with Kobus management to expand market awareness and accelerate delivery of the company's trenchless pipe-replacement tools and services to municipalities, water and gas utilities worldwide.
