Astorg Mid-Cap Acquires Opus 2 from Five Arrows Principal Investments

Astorg's Mid-Cap fund has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Opus 2, the London-based provider of cloud collaboration software and services for the global legal disputes market. The transaction, from Five Arrows Principal Investments and founder Graham Smith-Bernal (both of whom are reinvesting alongside management), will support Opus 2's continued UK leadership and accelerated international expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.

Litera Acquires BigSquare
