CERTANIA, a Munich-based testing, inspection and certification group, has acquired Alphalytik Pharmaservice GmbH, a Berlin-headquartered specialist in pharmaceutical analytical testing. The acquisition brings Alphalytik's GMP/FDA-approved stability testing, method development and release testing capabilities into the CERTANIA platform to expand the group's pharma testing services and support growth.
