Payer Compass, a Dallas-based provider of healthcare reimbursement technology and price transparency solutions, received a majority recapitalization led by growth equity firm Spectrum Equity alongside Health Enterprise Partners. The investment will support product and go-to-market expansion across health plans, self-insured employer groups, third-party administrators and brokers; representatives from both investors will join Payer Compass’ board.

Kyruus Acquires HealthSparq

Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) Acquires i8 Health Solutions

Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, acquired the assets of i8 Health Solutions to integrate i8's reconciliation and GL posting technology into the RMS healthcare remittance platform. The add-on expands RMS's capabilities in remittance automation and cash reconciliation across its provider, dental and pharmacy customer base; terms were not disclosed and i8 founders will remain with the business post-closing.

Raptor Technologies Acquires SmartPass

Financial terms were not disclosed; SchoolPass founder Mark Ruiters joins Raptor as chief strategy officer and Vicksburg Capital Partners served as SchoolPass's exclusive financial advisor.
