San Antonio-based Pape-Dawson Engineers has acquired KSA Engineers, a Longview, Texas civil engineering firm with roughly 170 employees across 11 offices. The deal expands Pape-Dawson’s geographic footprint in Texas (and into Louisiana and Oklahoma) and adds capabilities in municipal engineering, aviation planning and design, architecture, and surveying.

RaganSmith, founded in 1933 and headquartered in Nashville with about 170 employees across offices in Nashville, Chattanooga and Murfreesboro, will join Pape-Dawson's national platform (which is backed by Palm Beach Capital).
