OMNIA Partners Acquires Non‑Healthcare Members from Capstone Health Alliance and Yankee Alliance

OMNIA Partners finalized the purchase of the non‑healthcare membership portfolios from Capstone Health Alliance and Yankee Alliance, becoming the designated group purchasing organization (GPO) for those members. Members will retain access to their Premier, Inc. partnership while gaining OMNIA's broader indirect supply agreements, spend analytics, reporting tools and member support as OMNIA coordinates the transition.
