Pebble Tec, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a leading maker of branded outdoor living products focused on aggregate swimming pool finishes; Graycliff acquired the company in 2018 and grew its supply network and product portfolio prior to the sale.

Oldcastle APG Acquires Gardenscape Bagging Facilities

The assets will be integrated into Oldcastle APG’s Lawn & Garden business to expand its geographic reach and enhance lawn & garden capabilities across the Midwest and East Coast; terms were not disclosed.

CRH/Oldcastle APG Acquires Barrette Outdoor Living from TorQuest and CDPQ

CRH plc, via its Oldcastle APG business, has acquired Barrette Outdoor Living, a North American manufacturer of fencing, railing and decking products, for an enterprise value of $1.9 billion. The seller group included TorQuest Partners, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Les Entreprises Barrette Ltée, management and co-investors; the deal strengthens CRH's Architectural Products portfolio and expands its outdoor living offerings in North America.
