Horizon Capital Announces Growth Investment in BP3 Global

Horizon Capital has made a significant growth investment in BP3 Global to accelerate the company's organic growth and to fund a buy-and-build strategy. The capital package (with debt financing provided by DunPort Capital Management) will support BP3's plans for multiple acquisitions and expansion of its intelligent automation services across new markets. Founders Lance Gibbs and Scott Francis will remain in leadership roles while Horizon takes board seats.

d-Matrix raised $275 million in an oversubscribed Series C led by Bullhound Capital, Triatomic Capital and Temasek, valuing the company at about $2.0 billion. The round — which included new investors QIA and EDBI and follow-on participation from M12, Mirae Asset, Industry Ventures and Nautilus Venture Partners — will fund product roadmap acceleration, global expansion and large-scale deployments of its AI inference data center platform.

Northrim Horizon Makes Growth Investment in Solutions360

Northrim Horizon, a Mesa, Arizona-based permanent capital investment firm, made a strategic growth investment in Solutions360 USA, Inc., a Newmarket, Ontario-based provider of ERP/PSA software for systems integrators. The capital will fund accelerated AI and automation development, new platform modules, and expanded partner integrations; Solutions360 also appointed Nate Gardner as CEO while founder Brad Dempsey remains CTO.
