Precision Aerospace Holdings Acquires Clearwater Engineering

Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings, a portfolio company of Juniper Capital Management and CIC Partners, has acquired Clearwater Engineering, a Derby, Kansas precision machining and CNC milling company serving commercial and government aerospace customers. The add-on deal (closed March 7, 2025) expands Precision's Midwest footprint, adds machining capacity and capabilities, and brings approximately 40 Clearwater employees into the Precision platform.

Bristol Bay Native Corporation Acquires Blue North Fisheries and Clipper Seafoods

Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC) will acquire Blue North Fisheries and Clipper Seafoods and organize them under a newly formed subsidiary, Bristol Bay Alaska Seafoods, to strengthen its position in the Bering Sea freezer longline cod fishery. The deal closes on September 30 and BBNC says the acquisition will drive operational efficiencies, product expansion and greater market consolidation while retaining existing management and staff.

Champlain Seafood Platform Acquires Captain Dan's Seafood

The Champlain Seafood platform, backed by Champlain Financial Corporation and Claridge Inc., has acquired Captain Dan's Seafood, a New Brunswick-based processor of lobster and snow crab. The acquisition expands the platform's processing capacity and product offering, strengthens its position in global seafood markets, and aims to grow sales in North America, Europe and Asia.

Rich Products Acquires Morey's Seafood International

Rich Products Corporation has acquired Morey's Seafood International, a Plymouth, Minnesota-based processor and distributor of fresh, frozen and value-added seafood products, for an undisclosed amount. The deal brings roughly 200 Morey's associates and a 65,000-square-foot facility into Rich’s portfolio (which includes the SeaPak brand) and is intended to expand Rich's value-added seafood capabilities and product offerings in the U.S. market.

Sunstone Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Clearwater
