Performant Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Design Manager — a project management and accounting software vendor for the interior design industry — from 1stDibs. Performant said it will invest in the product to expand capabilities and better serve interior design firms that use the platform to manage approximately $2 billion in billings annually.
