Exostar, the Herndon, Virginia-based provider of secure collaboration software for regulated industries, has acquired Robot Morning and ComplyUp to expand its supply-and-demand management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capabilities. The purchases bolster Exostar's platform for the aerospace & defense supply chain and help customers prepare for DoD CMMC audit requirements.
