SingleOps has merged with Landscape Management Network (LMN), acquiring the Serent Capital‑backed vertical SaaS provider for the green industry. The combined company will be led by SingleOps CEO Mark Sedgley and is supported by a growth equity investment from existing investor FTV Capital with participation from Five Elms Capital, creating a market‑leading business management and payments platform serving landscaping, tree care and snow removal customers across North America.

Digital Wave Technology Acquires PlumSlice

Lincoln Road Acquires Silversand Services and SLI Landscape; Combines with Zodega Landscaping

Lincoln Road Global Management acquired Silversand Services and SLI Landscape and combined them with its existing platform, Zodega Landscaping, to form a consolidated commercial landscaping provider in Texas. The combined Silversand Services business, led by CEO Rob Dihu, will serve over 1,500 customers across Greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Bryan-College Station; financial terms were not disclosed.

Avalign Technologies Acquires Slice Manufacturing Studios

Avalign Technologies, a Linden Capital Partners–backed orthopedics manufacturer based in Bannockburn, Illinois, has completed the acquisition of the assets of Slice Manufacturing Studios, a contract manufacturer of medical devices based in Akron, Ohio. The deal brings Slice's metal additive manufacturing, high-tolerance subtractive machining, and sterile packaging capabilities into Avalign's platform to expand its additive and advanced manufacturing offerings for hip, spine and knee implant markets.

Riverview Landscapes Acquires Irrigation and Landscape Management's Landscaping and Snow Business

Riverview Landscapes acquired the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.

LeafLink Acquires Leaf Trade

LeafLink has acquired Leaf Trade, a wholesale marketplace serving multi-state operators (MSOs) and enterprise cannabis companies, to expand its B2B marketplace capabilities and streamline technology for cannabis operators. The combined platforms will operate as-is while LeafLink rolls out an integration roadmap to deliver expanded marketplace, payments, banking, analytics, and retailer tools.
