Yellowstone, a Palm Coast, Florida–headquartered commercial landscaping company serving over 5,000 customers from ~40 branches across the South and Southwest, will continue to be led by CEO Tim Portland and existing management who remain significant owners.

Webull Corporation and special purpose acquisition company SK Growth Opportunities Corporation completed their previously announced business combination, with SK Growth becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Webull and SK Growth securities converted to Webull securities. Webull's shares, warrants and incentive warrants began trading on Nasdaq under the tickers BULL, BULLW and BULLZ, marking Webull's public listing via the SPAC transaction.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires Silver Sky Aviation

The capital infusion is intended to support Yellowstone's continued growth and execution across its commercial landscaping services.
