Yucaipa Acquisition Corporation (YAC) and SIGNA Sports United (SSU) completed and/or progressed toward closing their previously announced business combination, subject to YAC shareholder approval. The transaction also included SSU’s acquisition of the WiggleCRC Group, creating a large global sports e-commerce and technology platform (and, specifically, a leading online bike platform).

The company previously exercised an option on February 1, 2026 to acquire all of the issued share capital of a private holding company with interests in the same platform for USD 170 million; the new agreement adds further interests, with completion conditional on regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
