Zanite Acquisition Corp. closed its previously announced business combination with EVE UAM, LLC, a subsidiary of Embraer S.A., and changed its name to Eve Holding, Inc., with common stock expected to trade on the NYSE under the symbol EVEX. An upsized $357 million PIPE also closed, including a $185 million investment from Embraer and contributions from a consortium of financial and strategic investors to provide growth capital and strategic support for Eve's Urban Air Mobility development.
