Zebra Technologies Acquires Matrox Imaging

Zebra Technologies announced the acquisition of Matrox Imaging (Matrox Electronic Systems Ltd.), a developer of machine vision hardware and software, for $875 million to broaden its industrial machine vision and automation offerings.
