Zero EV and Jaunt Motors Merge to Form Fellten

Zero EV (Bristol, UK) and Jaunt Motors (Melbourne, Australia) have merged to form Fellten, a global manufacturer of bolt‑in electric conversion systems for classic and specialist vehicles. The combined company will scale production, establish a North American facility, and expand training and installation support for automotive workshops, restorers and specialty customers across Europe, Australia and North America.

Lyten announced it has secured more than $200 million in additional equity (primarily from existing investors) and acquired the rights to Northvolt's Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) product portfolio, including Voltpack Mobile Systems (VMS) and Voltrack. Core members of Northvolt's energy storage engineering team will join Lyten in Stockholm, and Lyten plans to manufacture VMS and future BESS products in Gdansk, Poland with production targeted for Q4 2025.
