Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), a Gryphon Investors-backed physical therapy platform, has acquired Rocklin Physical Therapy, Inc., adding PRN's first clinic in the Sacramento area and bringing PRN's California footprint to 51 clinics (156 locations nationally). The acquisition covers Rocklin PT's sole 6,000 sq. ft. outpatient clinic; founder John Zieour was advised by MT Consulting and PRN was advised by PwC, FTI and Bass, Berry & Sims.
