Global-e has agreed to acquire Flow Commerce, a Hoboken-based cross-border e-commerce software provider, for up to approximately $500 million (cash and stock). The deal expands Global-e's capabilities and addressable market to serve small and emerging direct-to-consumer brands, and broadens its relationship with Shopify.

TrustFlow, headquartered in Moosic, Pennsylvania with ~200 employees and locations in New Jersey, Iowa and Ohio, serves large customers in insurance, healthcare and financial services.
