Pye-Barker Fire & Safety Acquires United Fire Protection

The acquisition, finalized in March 2021, adds United Fire’s four locations and ~150 employees to Pye-Barker’s footprint and establishes two new branches in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale; financial terms were not disclosed.
