StoneEagle Acquires Pencilwrench

StoneEagle, an automotive F&I and service software provider, has acquired Pencilwrench, a web-based repair-event documentation software that helps technicians and service advisors create compliant warranty and service claims. The deal, executed with participation from StoneEagle investor Battery Ventures, expands StoneEagle's service and claims-product capabilities and aims to accelerate market adoption of Pencilwrench's tools; terms were not disclosed.
