Headwall Photonics Acquires inno-spec GmbH

Headwall Photonics, a Bolton, Massachusetts-based portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired inno-spec GmbH of Nuremberg, Germany. The add-on expands Headwall's industrial hyperspectral imaging capabilities for high-volume recycling, industrial sorting and quality-testing applications and aims to integrate inno-spec's industrial solutions with Headwall's optical components and remote-sensing technologies.
