The deal brings together Eberl’s advanced claims platform and training facility with U.S. Adjusting Services’ adjusting, risk management and catastrophe support capabilities to strengthen service for insurance carriers and growth opportunities for adjusters.

MercuryGate Acquires TranSolutions to Add Freight Claims Management

MercuryGate International has acquired TranSolutions, a provider of freight-claims management software (myEZClaim), to integrate claims management into MercuryGate’s transportation management system (TMS) platform. The acquisition expands MercuryGate’s SaaS transportation offering and aims to improve claims workflow, analytics and efficiency for shippers, 3PLs and carriers; terms were not disclosed.
