Cleanaway Waste Management has agreed to acquire Contract Resources from SCF Partners for a headline valuation of A$377 million, subject to customary conditions including ACCC clearance. Contract Resources — a Perth‑headquartered specialist in critical-path industrial maintenance, decontamination and decommissioning services across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East — will retain its name and management under CEO Mike Charles as it integrates with Cleanaway's industrial services platform.

SCF Partners Invests in Callidus Process Solutions

DeepOcean Acquires Shelf Subsea from SCF Partners

The acquisition — sold by SCF Partners (and founding investor Viburnum Funds) — strengthens DeepOcean’s regional footprint and capability set in diving, ROV, survey, IMR and subsea construction services.

Arizona Natural Resources (CORE) Acquires Contract Filling Inc.

CORE Industrial Partners' portfolio company Arizona Natural Resources (ANR) has acquired Contract Filling Inc. (CFI), a Cedar Grove, New Jersey-based contract manufacturer of high-end fragrances, deodorants and cosmetic products. The acquisition is the fourth add-on to ANR's platform, expanding the platform's fragrance capabilities and East Coast footprint; Monroe Capital arranged a senior credit facility to support the transaction.
