(NYSE: PGTI) completed the acquisition of Anlin Windows & Doors, a Clovis, California–based vinyl replacement window and door manufacturer, expanding PGT's presence in the West Coast market. The deal closed for approximately $113.5 million in cash plus up to $12.6 million of earnouts (roughly $126 million total consideration), with Anlin reporting roughly $106 million of trailing-twelve-month sales and mid-teens adjusted EBITDA; the deal is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS within the first year.
