UpT Reliability Solutions (a newly formed provider of motor repair, inspection & maintenance and automation services) has acquired Perceptive Controls, Inc., a Plainwell, Michigan-based systems integrator serving municipal water/wastewater and industrial customers. The deal — advised on the sell side by Calder Capital — is a strategic acquisition intended to expand UpT's automation and controls capabilities and geographic reach.
