Saalex Information Technology Acquires Valeo Networks

Saalex Information Technology (SaalexIT), a division of Saalex Corporation, has acquired Scottsdale-based Managed Service Provider Valeo Networks to expand its cloud, cybersecurity and MSSP capabilities across the Southwest. Valeo Networks will continue to operate as a DBA SaalexIT Company and maintain its Scottsdale headquarters; financial terms were not disclosed.

The 20 MSP Acquires Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions

The 20 MSP acquired Alexandria-based Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions, marking the firm's first M&A deal of 2025 and expanding its presence in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Mid-Atlantic, which joined The 20 MSP Group in 2020, will keep founder Will O'Neal and several key team members on board; Pinecrest Capital Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to The 20 on the transaction.

Saalex Corporation Acquires Spalding Consulting

The acquisition adds Spalding's 430+ employees to Saalex, expands Saalex's annual revenues to over $175 million, establishes an East Coast presence near NAWCAD Patuxent River, and will have Spalding operate as a wholly owned subsidiary with existing leadership retained.

The acquisition establishes Valeo's first Midwest office, expands its nationwide MSSP footprint and capabilities in cybersecurity, managed services and cloud hosting; financial terms were not disclosed.

Alfar Capital and Walter Capital Partners Acquire MSP Corp and Merge with Groupe Access

Alfar Capital and Walter Capital Partners completed a transaction valued at over $100 million to acquire MSP Corp and simultaneously merge it with Groupe Access, creating a coast-to-coast Canadian managed-services platform under the MSP Corp name. The combined entity will be majority-owned by Alfar and Walter, with BDC Capital retaining a minority stake and management/employees holding more than 10%; the new platform will be led by former Groupe Access CEO Habib Malik.
