Flothemes' designs and operations will be integrated into the Pixieset platform, and Flothemes founder Ross Tanner will join Pixieset as Director of Design & Business Development.

Luminate Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in LiquidFrameworks

Luminate Capital Partners, an enterprise software-focused private equity firm, has acquired majority control of LiquidFrameworks, the developer of the FieldFX quote-to-cash and field ticketing SaaS used across oilfield, industrial and environmental services. The investment will support LiquidFrameworks’ growth strategy, product development and expansion (including potential add-on acquisitions); financial terms were not disclosed.
