Coinllectibles (Cosmos Group Holdings Inc.), a publicly traded Fusion NFT blockchain company, has announced plans to acquire Phoenix Waters Productions, an award‑winning production company with offices in London and Hong Kong, at an aggregate valuation of HKD 35 million. The acquisition is intended to combine Phoenix Waters' film and TV production capabilities with Coinllectibles' Fusion NFT technology to create media assets and NFT offerings for international and crypto audiences.
