Arcapita Group Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Trustpoint.One, a tech-enabled legal services provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Trustpoint.One offers eDiscovery, managed review, legal staffing and cybersecurity solutions to top law firms and Fortune 500 clients; Arcapita said it will support the company’s growth, technology investments and market expansion.

(LMSG) has acquired KMA One to expand its sales and marketing support capabilities, including lead generation, telemarketing, territory development and sales enablement. The founders of KMA One, Meryl McKenna and Keith Manning, will remain with the business, which will continue to operate as a stand‑alone brand supporting LMSG companies such as JGSullivan Interactive, DuFour Advertising and WeblyGuys.
