Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG) has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Virginia-based printed circuit board manufacturer Colonial Circuits, Inc. FTG paid approximately $4M CAD in cash (subject to adjustments); Colonial reported annual sales of CAD 7–9M and the transaction received CFIUS approval to add U.S. manufacturing capacity for FTG's aerospace and defense customers.

Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. under a court-approved plan of arrangement, with closing announced December 20, 2024. The deal, which used a mix of cash and FTG shares as consideration (subject to pro-ration and caps), expands FTG's presence in the commercial aerospace aftermarket and adds FLYHT's SATCOM hardware and data/analytics capabilities to FTG's portfolio.

The acquisition, financed with cash and incremental borrowing, expands Ichor's precision manufacturing capabilities and customer exposure into medical and aerospace markets and is expected to be accretive to earnings.

indie Semiconductor (Nasdaq: INDI) has acquired Silicon Radar GmbH, a Germany-based specialist in high-frequency system-on-chip solutions for automotive radar, including production-ready 120 GHz technology. The acquisition adds a team of approximately 14 mixed-signal SoC designers in Frankfurt an der Oder and accelerates indie's radar product roadmap and in-cabin/exterior sensing capabilities.
