Lexitas, a Houston-based provider of legal support services, has acquired Registered Agent Solutions Inc. (RASi), a national provider of outsourced registered agent and corporate compliance services. The deal, funded with additional capital from funds advised by Apax Partners (which acquired Lexitas in 2019), expands Lexitas' service offering by adding registered agent representation and subscription-based corporate compliance capabilities.

The deal integrates RASI’s restaurant-focused AP and payroll capabilities into Buyers Edge’s SaaS procurement platform to deliver end-to-end ordering, accounting, payroll and food cost management to restaurant customers.
