Cyber Security Associates (CSA), the cyber division of FluidOne, has acquired SureCloud Cyber Services Limited to bring CREST- and NCSC CHECK-certified penetration testing and specialist cyber risk consulting in-house. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) strengthens CSA/FluidOne's cyber capabilities—adding penetration testing, red teaming and incident response expertise—and expands its managed security service offering to enterprise and public-sector customers.

The capital will support Inspera’s international expansion and product investment as the company scales beyond its Nordic origins. Inspera was founded in 1999 and employs more than 130 people.

Axiom GRC has acquired IS Partners, a U.S. cyber assurance and compliance services provider, to accelerate its North American expansion and broaden its cyber assurance and compliance offerings. IS Partners—headquartered in the Philadelphia area—serves roughly 600 customers with recurring audits across frameworks such as SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI DSS and CMMC; the deal is Axiom's first U.S.-headquartered acquisition and its fifth since partnering with Inflexion.
