IMA Acquires Majority Stake in ATOP from Charme Capital Partners

IMA has agreed to acquire a 63% stake in ATOP from Charme Capital Partners (Charme III), taking its total ownership to 84% (having held 21% since 2017). The transaction values ATOP at an enterprise value of approximately €380 million (with an estimated cash disbursement by IMA of ~€230 million) and positions IMA to expand into the high-growth E‑Mobility market while founders and Chairman Amedeo Felisa reinvest for a 6% stake.
