Premier Private Jets Acquires Oakland Air FBO at Pontiac (PTK)

Premier Private Jets, a Florida-based Part 135 air charter operator, has acquired Oakland Air, a full-service FBO, air charter operator and certified repair station at Oakland County International Airport (Pontiac PTK). The acquisition expands Premier’s charter fleet footprint and maintenance capacity, and the PTK facility will be rebranded Premier Jet Services to support both Premier operations and third-party customers.

Modern Aviation has closed the acquisition of the fixed-base operator (FBO) assets and operations at Des Moines International Airport from Elliott Aviation, expanding Modern's national network to thirteen locations. The Des Moines FBO operates on a 17-acre leasehold with substantial hangar and office space; Elliott will retain and continue to operate its MRO business on the airfield. Modern Aviation is backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners.
