Terracon, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, has acquired Harbor Environmental, Inc., a multi-disciplined environmental and engineering services firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Harbor's 38 employees will join Terracon as Harbor Environmental, A Terracon Company, expanding Terracon's capabilities and local presence in Arkansas.

Langan Acquires Navix Engineering

Terracon Acquires Wang Engineering Inc.

The acquisition brings Wang’s 25-person geotechnical, construction inspection, and materials testing team into Terracon to expand capabilities for transportation and infrastructure clients across Illinois and Indiana.

TowerBrook Capital Partners Makes Minority Investment in Langan Engineering & Environmental Services

Investment funds managed by TowerBrook Capital Partners have entered into a definitive agreement to take a minority stake in Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Langan's management and employee shareholders will retain majority ownership; the financing package includes support from Blackstone Credit, CPPIB Credit Investments III and SMBC, and the deal is expected to close in Q1 2024.
