Cresco Labs has completed the acquisition of Pennsylvania clinical registrant Laurel Harvest Labs, adding ~52,000 sq. ft. of indoor cultivation/processing capacity, an operational dispensary in Montgomeryville and a second dispensary under construction in Scranton. Curaleaf Acquires Bloom Dispensaries

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. agreed to acquire Bloom Dispensaries, a vertically integrated single-state cannabis operator in Arizona, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$211 million. The deal adds four retail dispensaries (Phoenix, Tucson, Peoria, Sedona) plus ~63,500 sq. ft. of adjacent cultivation and processing space in north Phoenix; Curaleaf will pay $51 million cash at close and the remainder via three promissory notes, and Bloom generated estimated 2021 revenue of ~$66 million with EBITDA margins above 40%.

Corridor Capital Acquires Controlling Interest in Create & Cultivate

Corridor Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Create & Cultivate, LLC in a transaction valued at up to $22 million to support the company's growth in events, digital media, membership and branded content. Create & Cultivate's leadership, including founder Jaclyn Johnson, will remain with the business and Jaclyn will remain a material owner; True West Capital Partners provided debt and equity financing to support the investment.

GrowGeneration Acquires The Harvest Company

GrowGeneration Corp. acquired The Harvest Company, a Northern California hydroponic supply center with stores in Redding and Trinity County, to expand its footprint in the Emerald Triangle cannabis market. The Harvest Company's 16 employees joined GrowGeneration and founder Robert Masterson will remain in an advisory role.
