SirionLabs Acquires Zendoc

SirionLabs has acquired contract automation platform Zendoc and will fold the Zendoc engineering team into its product and R&D organization. The deal establishes a new engineering Center of Excellence in Nice, France to accelerate SirionLabs' AI-driven CLM development and improve UI/UX and post-signature capabilities.
