Dover (NYSE: DOV) has acquired CDS Visual, Inc., a San Jose–based provider of SaaS 3D visualization and configuration solutions for industrial manufacturers and distributors. CDS Visual will operate within Dover's Engineered Products segment and Dover plans to deploy its visualization and CPQ/eCommerce capabilities across its portfolio to strengthen digital sales and customer-facing experiences; terms were not disclosed.
