Compuware Acquires INNOVATION Data Processing Assets

Compuware Corporation has completed the acquisition of the assets of INNOVATION Data Processing, adding mainframe storage management, backup and enterprise data protection solutions to its mainframe DevOps portfolio. The asset purchase, announced Dec. 2019 and closed Jan. 1, 2020, expands Compuware’s capabilities for customers requiring data protection and business continuance on large enterprise mainframes.
