LPW Group, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, acquired El Mar Ventures, LLC and Advanced Industrial Technologies, LLC — operators of the Ladish Valves, Smith Valves, AIT and Diamond Gear brands. The transaction expands LPW's engineered valves, actuators and gear offerings and creates a broader one-stop flow-control platform to serve petrochemical, refining, LNG, renewable and other industrial end markets.
