Systrends, a Tempe-based provider of FERC reporting software, has acquired HData's Compliance solution to integrate XBRL automation into its regulatory reporting platform. The deal expands Systrends' FERC reporting capabilities and customer reach while HData will continue focusing on regulatory intelligence and broader data products.

PowerGEM, LLC has acquired Astrapé Consulting to combine complementary software and consulting capabilities for power grid reliability, market modeling and resource adequacy. The combined company — led by new CEO Joe DeMatteo with Astrapé founders remaining in executive roles — will offer expanded software (TARA, PROBE, SERVM) and technical services to North American system operators, utilities and developers.

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a PE-backed turnkey supplier of petroleum equipment and EV charging infrastructure, has acquired McKinney Petroleum Equipment, a Mobile, Alabama-based petroleum equipment provider. The acquisition expands SPATCO's Gulf Coast footprint and capabilities, adding regional technicians and offices as part of the company's add-on growth strategy backed by Kian Capital Partners and co-investors.
