Libera, a Tideshift-backed GovTech software platform, has acquired the divested asset CiviCore from Neon One. The transaction brings CiviCore’s cloud-native case management, analytics and grant-tracking capabilities into Libera’s inFormed platform to expand its offerings for state and local government and nonprofit customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bernhard Capital Partners' government services platform has acquired Apogee Engineering, LLC, a government technology solutions provider focused on digital transformation, systems engineering, adaptive acquisition and program management. Financial terms were not disclosed; the acquisition is an add-on to BCP's government services platform (established via the 2023 Duotech Services acquisition) and is intended to expand capabilities in technology integration, modernization and cybersecurity for federal clients.

Juvare, a provider of critical incident preparedness and response software, acquired homeland security and emergency management consulting and technology firm Nusura, LLC. The acquisition expands Juvare's simulation, training and emergency management capabilities to better serve federal, defense, and other government emergency-management partners.

GovOS, an Audax Private Equity portfolio company (parent Kofile), has acquired MUNIRevs | LODGINGRevs, a Durango, Colorado‑based provider of automated business tax, licensing and short‑term rental compliance solutions for local governments. The acquisition will integrate MUNIRevs' tax collection, licensing and short‑term rental tools into the GovOS digital transformation platform to expand capabilities and revenue collection for state and local jurisdictions; 7 Mile Advisors advised the buyer.

The Riverside Company’s value-based private equity arm has acquired Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. (dba SCRAM Systems), a provider of transdermal alcohol, location monitoring and offender-management software for courts and corrections agencies. SCRAM will be combined with Riverside’s LMG Holdings, Inc. platform (flagship brand LifeSafer) to broaden monitoring product capabilities and expand service offerings and geographic reach to judicial and corrections customers.

Intrepid Solutions and Services, LLC completed the acquisition of a business unit of Delta Solutions and Strategies, LLC, including the GSA OASIS Pool 4 contract vehicle (novation completed May 2, 2020). The deal expands Intrepid's federal contract portfolio and represents the company's second acquisition since receiving an investment from Bluestone Investment Partners less than a year earlier.
