Customs Support Group (CSG) has acquired DOJÖ Consulting Group to strengthen its trade compliance advisory and customs compliance outsourcing capabilities. The deal expands CSG’s advisory footprint across Europe, creating a combined Trade Advisory Division of more than 80 consultants and launching a dedicated European Classification Hub to enhance HS classification and trade compliance services.

Belgian predictive-maintenance leader I-care has acquired SDT International, a long-established Belgian manufacturer and pioneer in ultrasonic predictive maintenance technologies. SDT will retain its headquarters in Forest and operational autonomy while its ultrasound expertise and distribution network are integrated with I-care’s vibration capabilities and I-see platform to expand capabilities and accelerate R&D and production synergies.

DD Group, an affiliate portfolio company of Sun European Partners, has acquired 100% of the shares of Dental Promotion & Innovation SA (DPI), a leading dental distributor in Belgium with a strong presence across continental Europe. The acquisition expands DD Group's footprint beyond the UK and Ireland into Western Europe and is intended as a springboard for further continental bolt-on consolidation and operational synergies.

Ambitious People Group has acquired a majority stake in FSM Group, an international recruitment advisory headquartered in Brussels, with financial support from private equity investor Capital A. FSM Group — which operates four specialist recruitment brands across eight offices in five countries and employs roughly 150 people — will keep its current management team in place while joining Ambitious People Group's buy-and-build strategy focused on digitalization and accelerated international growth.

Accenture has completed its acquisition of Greenfish, an independent engineering and advisory firm specializing in sustainability consultancy. Greenfish's team of more than 270 professionals join Accenture to strengthen its global Sustainability Services and ESG capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
