Imaweb, a European provider of software solutions for the automotive industry, has acquired Carswip, a Danish SaaS provider of automotive remarketing and imaging solutions. The acquisition strengthens Imaweb's presence in the Nordics and enhances its product suite with Carswip's AI-driven photo capture and image-processing capabilities for dealers and OEM remarketing programs.

Duett Software Group has acquired Danish cloud-based software company Skyhost ApS to expand its ERP product capabilities into resource planning, fleet management and adjacent verticals in Denmark and Scandinavia. The deal is the first acquisition by Duett since receiving a majority equity investment from Accel-KKR in December 2019; both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands and management teams.

Luxion, the maker of KeyShot 3D product design rendering software, has partnered with Northern European private equity firm GRO Capital in a growth investment to accelerate product innovation and international expansion. The founders, Henrik and Claus Wann Jensen, will continue with the business as GRO brings capital and go-to-market support to scale sales, marketing and the partner network.
