Acquisitions in Estonia

Boonuspart.ee, an Estonian casino bonuses and online casino comparison portal, acquired Kasiino-boonus.ee, an Estonian-language casino bonus comparison site. The deal consolidates two established iGaming affiliate resources in Estonia and is intended to improve content depth, comparison accuracy, and user experience as Kasiino-boonus.ee is integrated into the Boonuspart.ee ecosystem.

SYSPRO, a manufacturing and distribution ERP software provider, completed the acquisition of Evocon, an Estonia-based provider of real-time production monitoring and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) solutions. The deal expands SYSPRO’s digital shopfloor and smart manufacturing capabilities by adding real-time data collection, visibility into machine utilization/downtime, and performance analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Kognitiv Inc., a Workday services partner consultancy, completed the acquisition of Estonia-based ClouDevOps (CDO), a leading provider of Workday support in Europe. The deal expands Kognitiv’s European presence and adds ClouDevOps’ Workday post-implementation support capabilities to Kognitiv’s on-demand “Power by the Hour” model.

Bregal Milestone made a majority strategic growth investment in Ridango, a provider of mission-critical public transportation software, in partnership with founder Erki Lipre and the Ridango management team. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ridango plans to accelerate organic and inorganic growth with Bregal Milestone’s operational and financial support.

Assessio, a portfolio company of Pollen Street Capital, acquired Teamscope OU (doing business as Wisnio), a provider of talent assessment software for private equity and executive search markets. The deal marks Assessio’s second acquisition since Pollen Street’s 2023 investment and is intended to expand Assessio’s HR tech capabilities, including generative AI, and support international growth.

JT IoT, a Jersey-based global IoT connectivity provider backed by Perwyn, has acquired Top Connect, an Estonia-based MVNO and global roaming provider. The deal adds Top Connect’s proprietary core infrastructure and connectivity supplier network to diversify JT IoT’s portfolio and accelerate its international expansion in IoT connectivity.

Partners Group agreed to acquire a large district heating platform operating across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania from Fortum Corporation. The platform owns and operates 74 generation assets and 387 kilometers of district heating networks, with a fuel mix largely derived from renewable or recycled sources such as biomass. Partners Group plans to work with management to expand the platform through greenfield projects, network extensions, and targeted strategic acquisitions.

Xllnc Group AB, majority owned by Norvestor VII, L.P., has acquired REPLACE OÜ (Replace), a European mobile and IT equipment recycling provider founded in Estonia. The combination strengthens Xllnc’s sustainable IT lifecycle services offering, with the Replace brand continuing within the group and creating a leading position in sustainable IT services across the Nordics and Europe.
