HANZA AB has completed the acquisition of Finnish contract manufacturer Leden Group Oy for EUR 21 million in cash plus 2.3 million newly issued HANZA shares, with earn-outs of up to EUR 15 million and up to 300,000 shares. The deal adds roughly 600 employees and five production facilities (four in Finland, one in Estonia), strengthening HANZA's sheet metal, machining and complex assembly capabilities and broadening its customer base in energy storage, energy distribution and industrial automation.

Aneo, a Norwegian renewable energy operator backed by TrønderEnergi and HitecVision, has acquired the 43.2 MW Kokkoneva wind farm in Finland from Greencoat Renewables PLC. The park (nine turbines) produces about 129 GWh annually; the deal represents Aneo's first owned generation asset in Finland and marks a strategic geographic expansion into the Finnish electricity market.
