Acquisitions in Centre-Val de Loire, France

The inherent group, supported by Keensight Capital, has acquired Connect Services, a regional IT and connectivity provider based in Sorigny, France. The deal strengthens inherent's position in cloud, connectivity and cybersecurity services and expands its regional presence in the West of France to serve local SMEs, self-employed professionals and public-sector customers.

Adista Group, supported by its investor Keensight Capital, has acquired Cyres, a Tours-based cloud hosting and managed services provider. The deal adds Cyres' Tier III datacenter, DevOps, Microsoft Azure managed services and Big Data capabilities to Adista's multi-cloud and connectivity offering while strengthening its regional presence in France.

GSCM (Groupe Solfab Constructions Modulaires), supported by its recent sponsor Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Daudin Remorques (Daudin), a century‑old family business that designs and manufactures high‑end rolling shelters and specific trailers. Daudin, based in Cléry‑Saint‑André (Centre‑Val de Loire), employs about 60 people and generated over €15m in revenue for fiscal 2021; the deal is an add‑on to strengthen GSCM’s position in the rolling shelters and modular construction market.
