Acquisitions in Loire-Atlantique, France

Hammerspace, a provider of global data orchestration software, has acquired Rozo Systems, the creator of the Mojette Transform erasure-coding technology. The acquisition integrates Rozo's high-performance erasure coding into the Hammerspace Data Orchestration System to expand performance, hyperscale capacity and resiliency across edge, data center and cloud workflows.

Sofia Développement has invested in Comptasanté, an online accounting services provider focused on independent healthcare professionals. The deal brings Comptasanté into the Sofia group to create commercial and operational synergies, with Comptasanté management remaining invested and the combined group operating from shared offices in Nantes.

TSG Group (through TSG France) has acquired S2D, a Cordemais-based construction and technical-fluids installation specialist that designs, builds and maintains private fuel and lubricant stations for professional and industrial customers across France. The acquisition strengthens TSG’s capabilities and presence in the private fleet and industrial markets by adding S2D’s installation and maintenance expertise and nationwide technician network.
