Delmas Investissements & Participations, a French family investment group, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone Partners Europe. Acces Industrie is an independent rental specialist of mobile aerial work platforms and handling equipment that grew to ~650 employees and €140m revenue under Equistone; Delmas says it will consolidate the group's regional roots and pursue national and international development.

PSG, a growth equity firm, has committed €55 million to Sellsy to accelerate the company’s growth and scale its cloud CRM and FMS suite for SMEs. Sellsy’s existing management (founders and Co-CEOs) will remain in place as the company targets further expansion across France and Europe.
